PAPAER FEED UNIT：

1.Adopt double vacuum table wheel type,servo pressure-free leadedge feeding,avoid damage thestrength of flute,high feeding precision,ensure curved paper can be feed to the required position.
2.Vacuum adsorption blower assist paper feeding,volume adjustable,suitable for different size ofpaperboard.
3.Left and right baffle is adjusted simultaneously with the size of carton,also can be adjusted separatelyfrom HMI.
4.Rear baffle electric adjusting,front baffle manually synchronously adjusting,fast and convenient.
5.Feeding unit adopt multi lines of brush roll and top vacuum adsorption dust remove blower,used toremove dust from paper surface,improved printing quality.

PRINTING UNIT：

1.Printing roll adopt high quality steel,professional made processed with dynamic balance correction,fine grinding molding.
2.The surface is engraved with longitude and latitude lines,convenience install the printing plate.
3.Equipped with hanging plate groove,10mm plate lock with ratchet fixed coil shaft,convenience for hanging the printing plate.
4.Intelligence foot pedal switch control positive and negative rotation of printing roll,easy to install and remove the printing plate.
5.Printing roll lft and right movement electric adjusting,hard chrome processed with dynamic balance corection,electric adjusting gap.
6.Ruber rllinking distibuton system:Suface coated with wear-resistant ruber,medium higher height after special rinding.electric gap adjusting(Closed type docto bladeink distribution system optional)
7.Anilox rlIEquiped with individual motor drive idling evice,ensure ink wil not dry when machine stop working(Ceramic rolloptional).Paper transfer whel adopted fastadjusting design and equipped with ruler bars instead of tape measurement(Servo adjusting paper transfer wheels optional).
8.High pressure auto cleaning device,making the process of water reycling or cleaning more convenien,equipped wit fo type ink sotage warning system,avoid paperwaste.

DIE CUTTER UNIT：

1.Die cutting roll phase is servo motor control,adopt planetary gear adjusting device,360°adjustable.
2.Electric adjusting die cutting clearance,ranging 16mm
3.Rubber anvil roll adopts high quality steel precised manufacturing,after dynamic balancecorrection,surface grinding and hard chrome plating.Axial direction adopt automatic swingdevice,distance:±20mm.
4.Rubber anvil roll adopts differential gear compensation device,the linear speed difference will beautomatically compensated after rubber anvil being repaired,ensured die cutting precision.
5.Equipped with servo CNC slotting knives attachment(input length,width and height of box in HMI toadjusting knives,multi box types are supported)
6.1:1 large diameter 8 axis creasing making better box forming quality.Knife and creasing wheels can beseparated ,easy for install abnormal mould,help to creasing and paper transferring.
