Feeding function：

1.Adopting multi servo paper feeding and dual bellows pressure free leading edge platform,the paperfeeding accuracy is relatively high,suitable for non indentation printing with requirements for paper feedingstroke.
2.The suction and pressure free leading edge paper feeding device uses an eccentric adjustment shaft torotate and push the dust suction and paper feeding bellows to generate angular deflection and change thegap between it and the feeding active roller,limiting the transmission space of corrugated cardboard.Atthe same time,it can prevent the existing equipment’s paper feeding roller from directly pressing down tolimit the load pressure on the internal structure of corrugated cardboard,which affects the load-bearingcapacity of corrugated cardboard,It can protect the integrity and integrity of corrugated cardboard.
3.The suction and pressure free leading edge paper feeding adsorption box is equipped with an eccentricadjustment shaft to adjust the angle deviation of the suction and paper feeding air box.This can limit thetransmission space of corrugated cardboard and prevent the phenomenon of idle operation of the feedingactive roller and paper feeding component caused by negative pressure adsorption during the process ofvacuum suction on the surface of corrugated cardboard by the suction component,thereby improving thestability of transmission.
4.The suction type dust removal and adsorption box combines the functions of conveying cardboardand dust removal,with strong adsorption force.It effectively removes paper scraps and dust on thesurface of the cardboard before printing,improving printing quality and reducing printing exposure,Compared with traditional models,the upper suction dust removal and paper feeding mechanism onlyrequires two suction fans,which is more energy-saving,structurally reasonable,and has a large spacebelow the equipment,making it more convenient for maintenance and upkeep.

Printing function：

1.The independent units are dual servo motor drive,gearless cumulative error,printing,embossing,to achieve complete synchronization,high clear imagecan be realized,and has the advantages of simple structure and convenientmaintenance.
2.The vacuum wheel transfer printing,can guarantee the warp sheet,cardboardprinting.
3.The rollcorrection device can quickly and easily produce tilt printed version of thecorrect hang.
4.The precision control system can accurately adjust the ink imprinting gap,ink gap.
5.The printing precision is ±0.15mm.
6.Closed type double blade system,with ceramic anilox roll imported ink to inkdevice,can significantly improve the monochrome and multicolor printing dotand trapping effect.
