Feeding function：

1.Double bellows private suit non-pressure paper feeding mechanism,with fast response speed, high positioning accuracy, good system stability,efficient to ensure the strength of paper and other effects, to ensure the long-term stability of the machine.
2.Using double bellows to feed paper can greatly protect the paper when entering the machine, the damage caused by the old traditional paperfeeding to the paper corrugation, so that the degree of the original paper is preserved.
3.Vacum auxiliary air volume frequency conversion adjustment; Set up continuous transmission and separate sheet feed function; The upperdust suction and dust removal mechanism can be set up and the air volume can be adjusted automatically.
4.The unique quick-change all-wheel structure makes the round surface of the paper feed wheel wear uniform and ensure the long-termconsistency of the paper feed position; When replacing the rubber wheel,it isonly necessary to remove the equipment directly, which is convenientand fast to reduce the auxiliary time, so that the machine can be used more safely and economically.

Printing function：

1.Bellows and rollers(optional)

5.Roller ink leveling system adopts a new process to ensure field printing while compatible with more than 60 lines of high dot printing
6.Optional sealing chamber double scraper ink leveling mechanism, the use of integral ink leveling anti-seepage device, to avoid ink overflowduring work:its special scraper Angle makes the ink transfer more ideal, can easily achieve 100-line dot printing,and can extend the service life ofthe scraper and mesh rolling.
7.The printing phase is attached with an electromagnetic clutch braking mechanism, which can automatically lock the gear position when themachine is separated to prevent the zero position of the printing plate from being lost.

Die-cutting function：

1.Free knife ring computer adjustment and manual adjustment(optional)
2.Touch screen and electric button double system control work,can adjust the phase and axis of the die cuting par,the rear side is installed withprinting, slotting adjustment buttons, and set the host on, off and acceleration and deceleration functions.
3.Using a unique built-indifferential compensation device, when the outer warp of the rubber pad changes,it can automaticlycompensate theline speed, ensure the consistency of the production workpiece specifications, and increase the service life of the rubber pad.
4.When the die cutting part starts to work, the mold roller automatically ifs to the working position, and the rubber cushion roller enters theautomatic displacement working state, Youli ruber cushion roler with the same mold rollerdiferential speed design; The automatic cutting andrepairing mechanism of rubber pad is equipped, which can repair Youli rubber many times.
