1.The whole machine is strict,L in accordance with the EU CE safety standard design, with standardization, universaliy, humanization. According tothe man-machine integrated manufacturing concept,t can directly set, correct, execute, replace, memory and other functions on the touch screen,which is a product with ultra-high cost performance.
2.Touch screen human-machine interface dialogue and electric control dual system operation function, with inteligent zero, memory automatic reset, storage orders and other functions;Remote tracking service system is optional.
3.Man-machine interface display. PLC controlr, inverter, servo drive, are selected from Germany Siemens, Germany Bosch Rexroth, Japan Yaskawa and other world famous brands.
4.The main transmission gear is made of high quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi). After program control automatic carburizing, quenching and grindingprocessing, the tooth surface hardness is guaranteed to be uniform ard consistent, and the tooth surface hardness is HRC62-65 with six standard accuracy.
5.All oller and shaft holes are cut to ensure uniform wall thickness and stable and rellable operation at high speed;During the machining process,the stress changes are eliminated after several tempering treatments, and the surface is protected by coating after grinding.
6.The pressure of the whole machine can be adjusted by one key,which can automatically read the thickness of the paper and confirm theadjustment, and also can be input adjustment.
7.Servo phase adjustment with a minimum fine tuning of 0.02 mm.
