1.This machine is composed of paper feeding, printing, die-cutting, stacking and otherparts, and can complete the printing, die-cutting and other processes of three-layerand five-layer corrugated cardboard at one time.

2.The whole process of vacuum adsorption transmission adopts 7.5KW high-efficiencyand energy-saving frequency conversion motor, and all-ceramic adsorption paperfeeding rollers, which make paper feeding accurate, smooth and fast.

3.The ink-distributing transmission system is reformed with determination. It adoptsimported motor with cross-link shaft and gear transmission to reduce noise, enhancetransmission tightness, improve machine running speed and stability, and improveprinting accuracy and overprinting accuracy.

4.The ink is evenly applied, the ink volume is controllable, and the ink overflow isprevented, ensuring that the outside of the ink path is clean and hygienic; it is alsoequipped with an ink shortage alarm device to prevent damage to the rubber roller dueto lack of ink, and can also effectively reduce waste productivity.

5.Each unit is equipped with a contact-flow oil level balance device to prevent the lackor overflow of lubricating oil for individual units. The machine is equipped with Koreanmulti-tone speakers, which can make different sounds for adjusting the phase, traverse,gap, zeroing, splitting, warning, etc.to remind the operator that the operation can besafely turned on after the completion of the operation.

6.The paper-passing gap of the whole machine is intelligently adjusted, just put thecardboard to be printed on the cardboard test and click to confirm. No need to adjustfrequently, simple and fast. And can realize the incremental function, each unit and themaster console have individual gap adjustment. (Patented product)

7.Servo leading edge feeding system, high-precision feeding, and intelligently controllablefeeding time. It can transport rigid kraft cardboard and three-, five-and seven-layerboards. Vacuum suction to feed paper, overcome the different degrees of cardboardbending, to ensure smooth paper feeding.

8.Squeegee chamber (optional with ceramic anilox roller)

9.The independent servo-driven die-cutting unit comprehensively improves the printingand die-cutting accuracy. One-key computer adjustment of pre-pressing, solid-pressing and slotting knife rings can improve efficiency and reduce order change time.It is also equipped with a radial servo speed compensation device. The wear of therubber roller can be evenly distributed and the service life of the rubber roller can begreatly improved.
